Adrian Dominican Associates

Are you looking for spiritual enrichment, a dynamic faith community and a way to make a change in the world? The Adrian Dominican Sisters Associate Program may be what you’re looking for.

Associates are women and men, married, single, widowed or divorced, who mutually share in the life and mission of the Adrian Dominican Sisters through a non-vowed commitment. They respond to the gospel’s call to seek truth, recognizing that action on behalf of justice is a biblical imperative.

Association is open to women and men, at least 21 years of age, who share the values and ideals of the Adrian Dominican Sisters. They also participate in ministry that serves the gospel message.

Associates live in many parts of the country, come from various ethnic and educational backgrounds, and have a variety of interests. While maintaining their particular lifestyle and remaining financially independent of the Congregation, they participate in various spiritual, social and ministerial experiences and Congregational events.

Candidates for association will enter a formation process. They will become better acquainted with the Adrian Dominican mission and study Dominican history and spirituality. Finally, they will determine how they want to grow in ministry together with Adrian Dominican vowed members.

For more information about the Associate Program, contact Patricia Magee at (517) 266-3531 or associates@adriandominicans.org.
